01 / Challenge

The system problem

As automation grows across repositories, frameworks and teams, results fragment across CI runs, reports and artifacts. A green pipeline does not prove that the expected regression scope ran, evidence is complete or a release is safe.

02 / Product response

Clarity through structure

QaCockpit keeps existing frameworks and CI/CD in place, then creates a shared control plane above them: Test Sources, reusable campaigns, exact execution evidence, a persistent test catalog and a Failure Inbox tied to release context.

Engineering shape

Deliberate boundaries.
One coherent product.

React product surface

React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Mantine and TanStack shape a dense desktop-first cockpit with explicit loading, error, empty and permission states.

.NET modular monolith

.NET 10, ASP.NET Core and EF Core organize identity, projects, integrations, executions, results, failures, artifacts and audit without premature microservices.

Secure evidence plane

PostgreSQL and S3-compatible storage preserve tenant-scoped metadata and private artifacts with short-lived access rather than public buckets.

Provider-controlled execution

QaCockpit dispatches approved workflow inputs and adopts provider runs; it never becomes an arbitrary remote test runner.
