Who is responsible

Vorgan is an independent software studio based in Poland. For personal data submitted through this website, Vorgan acts as the data controller. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@vorgan.io.

02

What information is collected

If you send a project enquiry, the form collects your name, work email, optional company name, selected project type and the message you provide. Hosting and delivery providers may also process limited technical and security information, such as an IP address and request metadata, to operate and protect their services.

03

Why the information is used

Enquiry information is used only to respond, understand the request and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, Vorgan's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping the website secure. Data may also be kept where necessary to meet a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

04

Service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact-form details are sent to FormSubmit, which forwards the message to Vorgan's email service. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. These providers process information as needed for hosting, delivery and security and may operate internationally.

05

How long information is kept

Vorgan keeps received enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to reply, assess a possible engagement and maintain the relevant correspondence. Information is kept longer only when the discussion becomes an ongoing business relationship or retention is required for legal, accounting or claims purposes.

06

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or request data portability. Contact Vorgan at the address above to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
